It's reverse thread use heat use ice use a cheater bar put some muscle into it it'll come off eventually?

I just did this last week with a 17 year old prop. I first tried it with an adjustable wrench and my vice with no luck. You will definitely want the right tools.

First get the 18mm spline shaft removal tool ($15 on ebay shipped). Use a huge 1" box end wrench on the impeller and use the tool, a 1" deep socket and a 2 foot breaker bar on the shaft end. It took two of us to break it loose but eventually it came off. I was going to try an impact but I was informed the breaker bar was a better option as it won't damage the splines.

Good luck

ok used a shifter spanner kept turning then went very small pipe wrench with 1 foot cheater bare bent the pipe wrench shaft filled it up with wd and get will get a bigger pipe wrench in the morning
god nothing is easy

What pump are you using??? Was the impeller repaired along with the repitch or just repitched?

Usually if you can get it inside of the wear ring, even though you can't tell, that means the wear ring is bad.

But the outer diameter of a impeller can be increased and some times is when an impeller is repaired.

in the last 2 weeks i bought a impeller intake grate footholds new mat ride plate pump cone and the starter was playin up had to send that to get fixed 2 weeks ago i was happy but as always lookin to upgrade now its a shambles live and learn ?

stock pump 95 701 sn i bought a impeller 14/19 from a really reliable source and sent it to be repitched asked for 13/18 when i got it back 13/19 was etched inside by the people who repitched it so thats 1 mistake by the repitcher but it still should have fitted i would have thought

ok but this ski is in great condition it was used in fresh water twice a year in fresh water for the last 10 years i beleive that not a scratch anywere going away for 2 weeks off shore on friday gives me time to order more stuff perhaps i should look at a new prop and a wear ring to be on the safe side least i would know where i stand
