FX-1 Impeller options for FX1 with X2 pump swap?

I have started my pump swap and found that I have an OEM impeller in the pump I am using. Can I just run the OEM one it looks okay.... and save up for a the Big Swirl or could I use a 14/19 or 15.5. How much is a good price for these? I have never messed with pumps before so this is all a learning experience for me. I am also not sure how to get the impeller out of the pump? I think I have to order the spline tool, but then what, Impeller 650.jpg

Obviously I am interested in low end for freestyle. The ski has a pipe, intake grate, ride plate, and thats about it right now. I am trying to figure out the next mod this winter but am leaning towards milled head and lightened flywheel.

Definitely need to lose that stock prop. Any stainless prop would be better to start with until you can get the $$ for a skat swirl. You'll need a spline tool and then remove the tail cone and you'll see a flat ended shaft you can put in a vise to hold the shaft.

Cool I will see what I can find, there is some pitting towards the center of the impeller on the blades, I was worried about it just disintegrating and killing my pump. The veins in the pump are basically brand new. Any suggestions on what cheap impeller to pick up or where to get a Modified one? I cant believe how easy it was to pull the pump out, it only took about 10 minutes in the rain. I hope the FX1 goes okay, I am dredding pulling everything out of the engine bay though....
