Impeller Help

So i have the pump off my ski getting ready for a paint job, and i decide that i need to get a new impeller. What is the best way that i can do this. I assume that there is only one way because i took the cone off and saw that bearing and am thinking that the i need to take the otherside apart and leave that alone, but that is why im asking you guys.
It is a 650sx ski and im taking out stock impeller putting in a skat trak 6.

A torch is your friend when getting that prop off

Yep, and a long breaker bar of some sort. Leverage is also your friend.

An impeller tool and some good leverage is the best start. It's easiest with a bench vice.

Be careful with that driveshaft. Too many tough guys bend them by trying to purely muscle the prop off.
