ignition clicking

Anyone know the typical problem when you hit the starter button and theres a clicking from the e-box and it wont try to start. Engine isnt seized. Solenoid or starter? Brand new battery and tried 2 i knew were charged.

Open the e-box and use a screwdriver to jump the solenoid terminals. If it cranks, then your problem is the solenoid.

If not, next step is to check the quality of your cable connections, especially the grounds, looking for rust/deteriorated terminal-to-cable connections.

Make sure you have good connections first....start at the battery....clean the connections good..then go from there...

good start but i just had the same issues not too long ago and it was the solenoid
