What ignition cable's seem to hold up the longest? I had to cut back my JSS cables and they are starting to become to short. Anyone recommend a brand that has lasted wile without the core breaking up? I don't need a coil or boot assembly, just the cable. Thanks

John at JSS told me it is the vibration of the wires that causes them to break down.
Are you using any wire holds to help with the vibration?

Regrettably steel or copper cored ignition wires sort of "work harden" and fracture in many places near the spark plugs- the area of greatest vibration. I've used the (carbon/ fiber/spiral ) 8.5 mm MSD silicone wires and not had any failures on coils I modified over 15 years ago. They've outlived my hulls.
