If antiseize does not prevent corrosion between two dissimliar metals, then what are we to put on our stainless steel bolts and screws that screw into aluminum?
Yes, it is. It's a silicone based sealant. I heard of people using it on threads also. I've never used it, but am curious. When I took my girdle studs out, the previous owner had something white on them, and it was cured. I had asked a couple people and they said it may have been that.norcal ex said:isnt that used to seal the cases?
