I would like to get a little more "Flick able" feel out of my skis handling WITHOUT cutting the hull any shorter. I'm not sure if this is even possible. I have noticed the trend on most aftermarket hulls for the pump to be mounted set back to the point its protruding out the rear of the hull, and was wondering how this affects the steering. It seems most of these hulls seem to be able to accommodate a flat spin 360 rather easily. I realize there are other factors (Most hulls are much shorter than stock, big HP motors) However I am specifically wondering how the set back location of the pumps makes a stock ski handle. I read this thread;

where Master Blaster set his pump back 3" and gave it some good reviews, Anyone else experiment with this?
