Okay so heres the deal, im picking up a donor ski with a 61x in it. With that being said im trying to figure out what i should do from there, Planning a fresh build on a motor and hull.
I came from the kawi world so i don't know much about yamaha's however i do work at a machine shop, run lathes mills and build motor's daily.
With that being said i obviously have more resources available to me then the average guy. I'm just trying to figure out what i should do for some freestyle low end power.
So here are my questions:
Should i go the 61x with 62t cyl's route? Can i big bore sleeve a 62t cyl? ( i have a blown up 62t motor)
Should i Big Bore Sleeve the 61x and forget the 62t?
Completely rebuild the blown up 62t?
