Blaster I want to Build my Stock Wave Blaster

I have a All Stock Wave Blaster and I am wanting to build it this winter and if anyone has Any Performance parts they will want to sell next month ill buy them or any help on what i shoild do would be great. im new to the jet ski thing i am a automotive mechanic and i plan on trying to do everything on my own at my shop. I love my waveblaster and it runs great but i just bought a seadoo xp limited and now im ready to make this waveblaster into a performace machine. thank you all for your time.

how do i know if its a 701? im Pretty sure it is i know its a single carb and it starts up within 2 full cranks so i am afraid to try and change the carb to a dual setup because i rode a fully built one and we had to spray starting fluid to get it started when it was cold which was kind of a pain in the ass i just want to press start and go when im at the lake

You shouldn't use starting fluid on a 2 stroke, install a primer to pump gas manually into the carb. Lightened flywheel, pipe, scoop intake grate

Ya I know you shouldn't use starting fluid on anything lol but the owner was doing it not me I don't use starter fluid on anything that stuff is garbage. And it is a 701 I just verified it it says j700b thanks for all the help so far does anyone have anything that they want to sell that I can use to help mine

You want it to rip you'd be money ahead buying motorman's Jetworks stroker and putting a BlackJack or Novi 48 on it. You never said what kinda dough you wanted to drop. A set back Skat mag and that thing will shred

I plan on taring it apart in november and building it til march and spending like 250-300 a month average. I was thinking new weisco pistons 1mm over stock, new reeds, spark arrester, pipe I really want a riva red pipe, performance head, impeller and wear ring and new seals and new handle bars. And obviously a re jet on the carb

A new 44 BlackJack is 389 i think. I had duels on both my B1's and have gone back to singles. I am running 62T cases though. Ride Plate I like the Jet Dynamics and Solas intake grate. Others have different preferences

stick to the single carb, you will be fine, could always find a 46m sbn if you want to jump the carb size up. the red pipe is a royal pain to install by the way.
