Indeed, it is a Thor tee. Go to your friendly Parts Unlimited Dealer and do some searching. I'm sure they have a 2007 catalog around. If you don't find it, PM me I will find it for you.

it is just a black t with a little screen printing on it
local screen printer should be able to help if you cant do it
