I need help with carb

I have a 701 61x stock with a Coffman sizzler the ski does not run good I think it's a carb thing I changed the jets and the pop off spring still runs bad I tryed to tune it in but still no help if I lift it out of the water it seems to run ok but when I ride it its like it has no power and don't want to go and sounds on in the low end but in the hi end sounds like poop it almost sounds like it is bogging out bit not at the same time it has like a poping sound and almost no power barley gets up on plain any help would be great thanks

yea, carb tune most likely. I am running the same setup with a 46 mil carb. I have a 150 main, 125 pilot. whats your pop-off settings? and whats your carb jetting? your probably lean, the less you ride it the better till you get it tuned.

Jets are 145 and 120 and maniac gave me the pop off spring I needed or is there something els I need for pop off
