I need help with a locked up impeller

Ok so me and my uncle repaired this guys GTS and he didnt want to pay so much so he traded 1 of his SPX's to take off the price. well we had a junker seapoo sitting in the back yard, which happens to have a solas impeller in it.. only problem is that its locked up in there real good.we took the spx and lake tested it and it cavitates really bad. so we took the heat and used a 1/2" wratchet it wouldnt come lose. we need that prop so we can hurry up and sell it. anybody have any advice?

well we heated it to the point where it looked like it was going to mest and we put a fork from a dirtbike on tha wratchet and it still didnt move

Dude we have like 300 or 400lb table.. we put it in the vice and it was turning the table.

maybe cut the liner out. it is probably swolen to the impeller making it more complicated.
