Ever spin a 180 and instead of a fountain attempt to ride on the hood backwards but give too much gas and taste your hydroturf, i can do that almost everytime.

speed = time for adjustment.......big burst of throttle before spinning. After awhile you can do it unprepared and slow.

I'm all about havign fun and even showing out a bit. If your against a jetski trick...thats just stupid. It's not a olympic winner, but its fun.

really? i hate having fun on my ski. haha don't worry we all do the gayhood tricks. we even makeup gay jump tricks like the one footer one hander ankle slap. Now that ******** is tight. :biggthumpup:

Personally I go Full speed with my opposite hand backwards on the throttle to basically to do a spin around to ride backwards. So after that i let off the throttle and spin around either ride backwards for a little show effect or still get settled and let the ski slow then start to sink with me on the front. wait for that ideal pitch... which i havent found yet. and hit the throttle. walla...
then my step is getting off before my ski actually sinks because my stock hood is a guzzler and if so let the bilges do their thing and lay on the starter till i get a spark. haha. lookin forward to doing it on a SJ all i can say.

blocking off all the holes in front will trap water in the hood,

That is no worry as soon as you start riding it will all run out the rear holes. I blocked my holes off the day I got my ski and never had a problem. I opened up the rear holes a bit and drilled a few extras to make sure there is enough air.

That is the best and cheapest mod anyone can do to their round nose.
