Do you want the car to be running? Also, I did this with the charger connected to the battery and still did not get anything...Its just so weird how the voltage just stops at the solonoid post going to the starter, even when they are bridged....Could it still be the battery if it does the same thing with the jumper cables? Maybe I should just get a new battery. It is one of the walmart kind...
