REALLY? Do a search - almost everyone recommends the Dap Weldwood. I wonder if people that had a bad experience bought the wrong kind. You need the GEL - the other kind is crap from what I have heard.

I have used the Dap before - it's great.

I just got done with installing my pre cut kit and it went pretty well. Except for the foothold pieces, I can't figure out how they go in. It looks like I will just have to cut my own pieces for that anyway. Also the "Hydroturf" lettering has gaps in it which I didn't catch until I was done which looks a little jacked up but it might of been installer error.
The only piece that saved time and was worth getting the kit was the gunwhale side pieces. Everything else I could of just been cut out of a sheet easily.
By the way I use DAP Weldwood with no isses. The turf on my Blaster is going on 3 years and is still holding strong.

Well I called and the guys at hydro turf were really nice they gave me a 15 percent off, for being a member at pwc. I got the pre-cut black molded diamond turf. Thank you hydroturf total amount was about 84.00:arms: including shipping with discount not bad considering the turf costs 85.00. Thank you hydroturf.

Next time I will just buy HT by the sheet. Mine came out OK but the HT lettering looks boogered up.

nice work Mike- like the kicktail. Did you carve that into the padding/foam? I did something similar with my 04.

Thanks... I just used some extra padding from the useless foothold pieces. I just sanded and formed the foam. I think it will be easier on the knees.
