Why couldn't Firefox access the site while IE could from the same computer?

All I have used is Firefox. problem on your end. DNS server issue maybe

I had problems too and had to close and re-open firefox for it to work. Was getting a 404 error please contact the webmaster.

I use two separate computers, one at work and another at home. Neither could get on using Firefox and both could get on using IE. Work machine is still XP and home machine is 8. It started on either Monday or Tuesday for me and then cleared up at work this morning. I haven't checked from my home computer yet. I just checked this version of Firefox and it's 27.0.1. Hope that helps.

I had the same problem. Wouldnt work on my laptop but tried another computer and it worked. Restarted my laptop then it started working...
