How's the riding in San Francisco?

I'm trying to find out what the riding in San Fran is like during April.

Is it as cold as it looks like it'd be? See much wildlife?

Big surf on average?

Read this story 6 years ago.
Shawn and JC were riding huge Yamaha XLT1200, and Shawn is a pro. I wonder what are the chances of surviving anything like that on a SJ. Actually, I believe it's possible on pretty much any PWC with enough power.

i thought they closed that area to all pwc.

either way, just drive 2.5 hours south and ride pismo. if you ride a couch you can ride out of morro bay or avila and see some great coastline and all sorts of wildlife
