Other How to transfer .mov to .avi?

I use Windows Movie Maker for my vids. I have some footage from my digi camera that are in .mov but WMM wont play those files as a vid. How can I save those files as .avi or get them to play as .mov on WMM?

windows media player 12 for windows 7 can play .mov files

www.zamzar.com can convert most file types if you don't want to get any extra programs
