how to tell between 450 and 550 kawi??

got an old 450 or 550 and trying to figure out which of the engines i have? Is there any way to distinguish between the two? Also was wondering if any aftermarket performance parts are available for the and if their interchangeable between the 450 and 550?

450 weren't made.....440 and 400 were

Check on the engine if it says 530 then its a 550

any part that will fit on a 440 will fit on a 550. only exception is you have to change manifolds if you want to run a 44mm carb on the 440 (the 550 manifold bolts right up) and the pumps/props are different.
