Surfriding How to run dual cooling?

Finally stepped up and got a mag pump. But I am unsure how to properly run dual cooling? I’m using a 718 61x with a head and b pipe. Head is not an ADA but has one water fitting on either end like the ADA. The pipe is brand new so only one water fitting in the mani. Also I got a fcv (which I believe goes in the line to the stinger?).

Do I need to drill and tap in another water fitting in the mani? Also any help for the routing of cooling lines, or other tips and tricks would be appreciated. Pardon my inexperience lol

What hull do you have? Is there a spare hull tube?

Providing there is a spare hull tube, you have need a 90deg water fitting on either side of the pump (sometimes you have to rotate the pump 180 deg so that it clears steering cable when fitting) then two hoses from pump to two tubes through the hull.

On the bottom of the B pipe manifold you need to have two water inlets. If it currently only has one then you need to fit another drill tap etc.

Connect the two manifold fittings to the two through hull tubes.

Outlet from back of head to bottom of b pipe header.

Outlet from front of head to pisser over board

Top of b pipe manifold to pisser overboard with T in the line to FCV then connected to stinger.

I don't usually run a FCV with a b pipe and just stick a 3-4mm restrictor in the line.

If using the FCV you need to put the ski against the dock, run the engine with the line from the FCV overboard and adjust the valve so that water starts to flow about 3-4000 rpm.
