How to replace exhaust outlet pipe on BOB?

Hey guys so I noticed that I was taking on a lot of water and that exhaust was getting into the engine bay on my bob gen 2 recently. I trailered the thing and noticed that the metal pipe where the exhaust comes out the back is completely cracked in two all the way around about half an inch from the back of the hull (inside pipe is loose and moves around). When i would go fast i would have no problem but as soon as I would slow exhaust would get sucked in through the crack along with water filling the engine compartment. How should I go about fixing this. I really don't want to ride it like this anymore for fear of sinking it if the engine cuts out or something like that. Has anyone ever heard of this happening. I emailed the BOB company but haven't heard back and its been about a week so Im turning here. Thanks for the help

Yes call Hurricane Industries Derrick will help you out no problem.

Update here. Never ended up getting a hold of them and put this on the back burner because of work. Anyway have some time now. Tried emailing them last week and didn't get a reply so I think it's going to be on me to fix/replace this. What do you guys think I should do?

If the pipe is glued into place you might be able to remove the glue holding it in, pull the tube out, and glue in a new tube with 3m 5200. Or make some cuts and fix the fiberglass when you are done replacing it.

It doesn't look like there was foam but yea that a consideration , turf isn't that great so I was planning on redoing that, pulling the tray up and defoaming/reforming may be in the works

Well after pretty much no customer service from hurricane, 1 or 2 emails back but then no reply for several weeks I decided to just dig in and fix it. Ended up turning out pretty good, hull is sealed up, from inside and out, and also foamed the tray so no more sinking ski.

It is an old NOS boat exhaust outlet. 2.5" ID. It's not aluminum so was kind of heavy, like 4 lbs but I figured I made up for that weight with the amount of resin globes I scraped out of the bottom when I opened it up from the tray. Plus the chrome looks nice.
