'16 sj looking to remove the stock nozzle and replace with a blowsion billet. The blowsion comes with 3 Phillips screws but I can't tell what it takes to remove the stock nozzle?
Do you mean the exhaust bezel? It's probably held on with plexus or a similar adhesive so you'll have to pry it off slowly, alternating from side to side.
The exit nozzle (flange) is welded on the tube that runs all the way to the engine bay so it's not possible to just remove that. I never installed a billet flange like the one you're talking about but I'm sure it just goes over the existing flange. You will have to drill out the rivets so you can install the screws so make sure you seal it real well to keep water from seeping in through the holes.
