How to go about reinforcing a rn sj

Ok, I have rn sj that I would like to reinforce the nose, sides, and handpole area. What do I use (what kind of material, size of material, what kind of filler, and where do I go about getting all this stuff). I have already ground down ribs and need to where to go next. Any info would be awesome, thanks

always epoxy resin
most use either 1708 biaxial fiberglass cloth or carbon fiber. let your wallet be your guide.
i used a crap tone of 5200 to fill the bond line before reinforcing sides. some use glass balloons or cab-o-sil filler to get in there. You want to seal that up otherwise you'll get air pockets = weak spots.
