How to get more bottom end 750 sxi pro

Hey I'm trying to get the most bottom end out of my 750 sxi pro I've gotten a ride plate intake grate factory limited pipe air forced air filters. Unsure if what would help more boring it out and high compression head or a port job. Any advice would be great.

If your still running the OEM pump nozzle change it. Its 76mm OEM put in at least and 80mm from an SX or bore it to 80mm. If you mess with props you can run an 82mm with good success.

Next would be putting on the ignition plate - advances the timing 6 degrees.

Both the bigger nozzle and the ignition will do wonders to a stock SXIPRO or a limited piped pro

X2 nozzle is a huge plastic nozzle. It will definitely help hit but top speed will suffer if you don't play with pump?

don't waste anytime with X2 PUMP...the 750 and SXR800 pumps are all the same. Nozzles are all different depending on models

I'd say enjoy what it is, the little gains you may get won't change the nature of the ski. Also be sure to do your homework before messing with the timing as the Pro is not the same as the older SXi. I have a stock pipe with lower pitched impeller and nozzle recommended by Impros, not really sure it made much difference. They are heavy skis that ride long, if you really want to whip something around you are better off with a different ski. I keep mine because it is reliable, fast fun easy for friends to ride, but it isn't really a play boat.

the engines in the pros are more designed with racing in mind not a whip around play ski. due to the port timing the engine will not produce a great bottom end power. all you can do is mess with the pump like was mentioned before. larger outlet nozzle diameter and or impeller pitch

You could send the flywheel and cylinders out for lightening ($90) and "freestyle" porting ($375). A freeride pump cone can help ($50). Tuning your Factory limited pipe can get a little more bottom end too, if you haven't already played with the water screws. Good luck and enjoy!

BTW, I wouldn't bore it unless you need to. Limited gains for the $$ and you only have so many bores you can do before it's garbage.

What's a good prop pitch for the Pro for better bottom end? My 98 with factory pipe, msd ignition, intake and ride plate screams top end. I'd like better out of the hole too. I can't even ride my ski at top speed! Lol

A 650 or AM 84mm nozzle will make the most improvement in low speed thrust. The pump is too small and the hull is too heavy to get much pull out of the hole.

What about the solas 12 vein pump ? How do those stack up to the price you have to pay for some bottom end power to add to the quest ?
