FX-1 How to fix a big mistake

So I am in the midst of installing my tom21 wide fx1 tray and you have to trim the bulkhead to make it fit. I did a little too much trimming. How do I fix this? Cabosil resin and microballons? Lay up some biax or chop strand? Plexus?

It is like that on both sides. 1/4 inch maybe 3/8
