SXR How to do body work on my 800 sx-r properly

I just bought blowsion kicker footwells I am going to install them but I also want to smooth out the holes and indents in the haul I want to make sure I do this properly. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or products ie. bondo that would work best for doing this. I would also appreciate any advice on the best way to wrap everything with the hydro turf. If you would like any pics I can upload them.
