How to change oil? (YZ250F)

I just picked up a 2005 YZ250F... anybody know how to change the oil? And how much to put back in and what weight to use? It has an oil reservoir in the frame.

I just scored an 09 and Im happy as hell with it. Kid said lo bbook was 3200. I PAID 2100. Is that a good deal?
