How to adjust b pipe screw?

Can someone explain to me the way to close and open screws on my b pipe... I want to close them cuz my pipe is running to cold . So who can tell me... I close or open, clock wise or counter? Help! Thanks!!

The allen adjusts them, the nut locks the allen into position. You may need to restrict your cooling pissers as well to get the right temps going.

one must be open at all time. Not fully, but some water must be able to pass. This is the tuning part.

I believe they recommend at least one screw a 1/4 turn. I have gotten best results (peak RPM, and easiest to adjust) by closing all screws but leave the top 1/4-1/2 open.
