how to access recent posts???

When I click User CP and the subscribed threads box comes up there's nothing in it. When I click in the right hand bottom corner to view all threads there's still nothing. How do I view all the recent threads I've posted in without having to dig through the forums.?

Im sure theres an easier way but sometimes I just click on my name on the right hand side of the home page and then click on the link for find all posts by this user.
