Plan on redoing all of the hoses in my ski with some blowsion hose. How much should I buy for the fuel and cooling lines?

Measure your existing lines and buy that length plus a bit extra.
Would not recommend that fancy coloured stuff for fuel line - it hardens and can cause leaks. Stick to OEM style from Jetmaniac.
You can go nuts on the waterlines as they have an easier life with regards exposure to chemicals.

Even the fancy blue waterline gets hard over time.
Get some OEM style from @JetManiac or @THRUST.Not fancy but works great

I've used the clear color tubing before. It lasted as long as I owned my ski, 3+ years. Not an eternity, but it never got brittle or cracked. For cooling lines just use the clear 3/8 inch tubing that can be had at Home Depot or Lowe's.
