How many turns should the high and low speed adjusters be out on the Stock SJ carbs

I don't know for sure about the stock settings. Just put them both at 1.5 out and work your way in or out to the sweet spot.:biggrin:

the motor is completly stock, i just wanted to see what the manuel suggested, i think i got it right but i just wanted to check

I have the 650 and 701 manuals, written and CD...

Its a 00 so the 701

Low speed : 7/8 turn out +/- 1/4 turns
High speed: 1 1/8 turns out on front cylinder
1 1/2 turns out on rear cylinder
+/- 1/4 turns
