how do you post pics

I try to up load some pics and it said they were too big and that I needed to go to the gallary buy how does that work it keep saying new album but I dont understand how to post them in the album:banghead:

first off, if you want to post them on here, use paint on your pc and reduce the picture by 50% at least so your file is under 200kb, use jpeg format.
