Whats the best way to seal up the exit spots inside the tray? I had about 2" of water in the foam. I really dont feel like doing all this again.

I was thinking about using the sheets of pink foam from home depot with a drain plug. Now im haveing 2nd thoughts. I might just go with 2 part foam all the way. Not really set on any thing yet. As far as the sealing up. It looks like it was sealed up with some type of 5200 already. So what if I leave that in there and stand the ski up on end and pour epoxy over the white stuff.
If I sould like a water head just let me know and Ill stop putting thought into all this.

Thanks guys,

go with the pink foam and drain plugs...some run no foam and sealed....

I actually had some trouble with my 5200 in a couple of places. I think I had a bad tube of it. I pulled it up and put down self leveling caulk used on RV roofs an it seems to be sticking awesome. I work at a RV dealer and this stuff really seems to stick. If exposed to UV it can dry out over time though.

I would do Dow foam in the lower parts and foam in the top half if possible. I did this on mine to some degree on mine.

Anyone ever used or thought about using a drain cock made for air compressors? Any thoughts on why is would not work?

The only thing you have to worry about is hitting bottom and busting what you put in. Great thing about the couch style ones is that they are easily replaceable from the exterior.
