How do i make a poll?

Could someone be kind enough to explain this?!?
Thought i would ask first before I go and make a bunch of mistakes and made a mess for the moderators..lol

Start a new thread and there is a check box to add a poll. Once you submit the thread, it will let you setup the poll.
