Go to User CP and on Edit Options, change your Default Thread Subscription Mode to whatever you want. I have mine set to No Email Notification. With that, any thread I've replied to that has new replies will show up in http://www.x-h2o.com/usercp.php and it will also show a checkmark on New Posts beside those threads too.
