Blaster Hooking up a 61x stator to a quick disconnect plug ?

My stator is shot and the one I bought has a quick disconnect plug I was about to splice it in but I'm wondering what the two green wires are for? And if they could be hooked up either way, I really don't want to open my Cdi box

lighting (battery charging) coil output.

AC current is the output so no worry about which green is which.
