Super Jet Hooker impeller question need quick response

I've got my pump apart and where does the seal go that came with my hooker impeller? There was no seals when I took the old one off. Please respond quick this is holding me up from going riding.

Thanks didn't know that wrench piece popped out.

Yeah the wrench piece was attached to the old impeller. And the new one doesnt have it, so that grommet goes on top.
