hood seal opinions?

forgot to add i called up britech and spoke to a really nice lady. i asked her about the X type gasket every one thought was good. long story short the people they sell too usually buy multiples of thousands of feet of the stuff. so they usually make it to the order. so she is gonna check and see if they have any left over from an order. so she is gonna let me know if she has any in smaller lengths. i asked her about durability she said she has never heard of any customers complaining in her 10 + years there.

splurge on the oem. some things should just not replaced with aftermarket stuff.

I was loosing hood w/ JSS seal I will not use anything but OEM now. Expensive but worth it.

Yep same problem with hydroturf seal here. The foam compresses too much over time and the hood latch looses tention. It also beats the hell out of your paint. Oem all the way now.
