they run three strands of high tension aircraft cable in the median
between n and s bound lanes on the rural 4 lane highways here
the passenger window pillar saved my life by carrying the bottom wire up over the car
I have since seen lesser cars cut ribbons by these cables
I went under and across the southbound lane after hydroplaning :raincloud:eek:n the nortbound side:grumpy:
total loss

wires to the left of the road below
both cars have the same 2.0 l iVTEC motor.
the RSX has bigger rims, better tires, quieter, leather, etc. and is a really nice car
added a 12 inch sub and premier head unit so it has killer tunes
But I still miss my SI when I see one on the road:02:

nah, they total lossed it so I just let it go
it is my daily commuter car so I needed a new one immediately
the RSX rips pretty good :burnout:

I had wondered about those median wires. We have them here too and I remember thinking "Those don't look safe". Guard rails are designed to deflect a car hitting them at an angle. Those wires look super dangerous, and what if you hit the mouting pole? I think they spent more time looking at the budget on those things than the safety of them. Kinda backwards for the DoT.
