I want to make a beach cart, But I'm not entirely sure how to get the tires attached. Ive got bunch of tires that are off an Argo that I want to use. Pictures would be great as well, Thanks

I dont think that style of bushing will work with the tires I have, there is a two inch hole in the center of my rims and its a 5 bolt rim

make up some hubs and use a 5/8" rod for an axle.
Than you can buy plastic or nylon rollers at any boat store that work great as bearings.

Thats originally what I wanted to do, but I thought I had 4 bolt not 5 bolt, I had some flanges but they are 4 bolt
Any Ideas on making hubs?

just about anything will do for the hub. It's not like it's going to see high speed or great loads.
1/4" aluminum plate should be more than enough and easy to cut. Drill the center hole to 7/8" and use a lawn tractor plastic bushing as a slide.

So cut the plate for both sides of the rim, bolt them together, drill a hole in the middle for the tractor bushings, then use cotter pins to hold the tires in place?
do you have a picture/link for lawn tractor bushings?

One side of the rim should be sufficient and let me see if I can find a picture of the bushings.
You can use sections of PVC as a bushing as well.
