Holy Sea Salt!!!!

So i got this superjet for free from my uncle who bought it in 1996 and had never opened the e-box. Well i took it camping the other week and it started starting on its own so i pulled the e box today and this is what i found. A coil, cdi, and relay later and she runs great .

Lmao, i can imagine the jetski starting up and revving at 12 in the morning... hahahha

that was the thing i put it in the water it ran for 10 feet and shut off. so i put it on the trailer and as i was pulling it out it just starts cranking over with no spark which made me think it was the relay well when i opened up the box it was a little more than that lol.

that ebox might need a new seal once you clean it up lol

My ebox did this one time, it started missing after I would go through rough patches of water. I took it apart and it was almost identical to yours. I cleaned it up, used di-electrical grease on everything, and sealed it back up with blue RTV sealant. Worked great! Took it apart a year or 2 later and it was still dry.

ahhahahahahahahah totally that is what the guy said when i bought my first sn and i went to replace the head and it was full of salt lol
