Fellas I’m in a pickle I have a ski RN SJ from 1999 my buddy gave me he raced it since day one the boat has never been registered so I have no proof he owned it or it’s ever been registered I need a loop hole to get a different HIN the DMV wants me to jump through 100 hoops with lien search’s and all this BS and it’s exhausting. Any advice? Ski is in NJ going to be registered in NJ.
