High speed adjuster help

I put a coffman sizzler on my 02 superjet and changed the jets (same as factory b settings) the bottom and midrange are good after a little tunning with the low speed adjuster. I tested the top with new plugs holding it wide open for a couple hundred yards and shutting it off and checking the plug readings on shore. The first test was very lean the elctrode was all white. After a few more runs and turning the high speed adjuster out 2 more full turns it is still a little lean. This has me worried that it is still a little lean after 2 more turns. Should I go all the way out (3 turns ) or is it bad to have the adjustment all the way out or is something else going on? Any thoughts?
