Hesetation and bog on my Sxr

So we got a 03 Sxr and I put the timing advance on it along with a power sleeve also put aftermarket blowsion flame arrestors on it !
My problem is jetting and pop off pressure what would anyone recommend for me to start with I have tried everything I changed the low speed jet size to 80 and lowered the pop off to 18 psi can anyone help me
I got a low end bog that's not consistent but sometimes it's a long hesetation or bog and sometimes it's just a half second bog any help would me great thanks again guys
 
Think popoff of stock carbs 18 psi is very low,bit more to 25 u should try and why did u change low speed ? U didn't do anything else!

I did it after I changed the flame arrestors cause it seamed to be lean at the time ! I'm thinking the pop off is to low with that jet being that big ! What do you think ?
