Looks like they finally figured out how to handle a thread like that. If only they would have done that with Javier... all of this BS wouldn't have happened and they wouldn't have gotten all the bad publicity they got.

I bet they realized the business they lost because of Javier's situation cost a ton more than it would have cost them to send him a new engine no questions asked.

This is just my opinion.

who knows whos at fault....what kind of mods were done,what was he running as far as pre mix there are some varriabes to consider....sbt will replace the crank....the top end is his..

Looks like a Kawi 650SX. The guys sig says GroupK Hammer Kit on his 650SX. Well it did get hammered :) Seems like a lot of variables in play to just blame the crank. I'm just calling it like I see it. I think he should be fortunate to have a 1 year no fault on the crank. Something else could have easily caused the crank to go and he gets a new one.

Is Brian the guy's name? I wouldn't think he's involved in technical disputes regarding engine failures, he's probably just SBT's system admin. In this situation, I think he handled it politely and professionally.

All you can do in life is learn from your mistakes and be better for it.
