most of the members on here have the kind of strength that hot water, major soap and old spice take care of.
Most people call this crossfit. With a decent routine you could probably do all of these within 6 months. Less if you already train.
The goal is to be able to do all of that and this. :bigeyes:

I would rather be in great crossfit shape then be able to say I can squat X amount or bench press X amount.
I don't know about you but I don't see many jetskiers bench pressing their skis while not riding them. Not everyone has to be able to throw kegs around or be able to deadlift cars.
It's all about individual goal's, how to obtain them, and most important just make healthy choices.
