Help!

A week ago I was riding across my lake 1/2 throttle and it just bogged down real fast, I tried to restart and it would fire up then die quick. I cleaned out the carb which looked pretty clean and then i could fire it up on the hoist and run it for a few seconds then it would die. If I kept priming it, it would run a little longer then die. Hooked the fuel line straight to the carb and the same thing happened. Carb is getting good gas. So I took the reeds out and found that the reed gaskets had been sucked in towards the reeds. Replaced all the gaskets and put in bad bones reeds while it was apart. Same thing still happens. I dont know what to next.

Also I have one water line coming in and it goes into the bottom of the exhaust then out the head, then into a t where it goes to the pipe and the pisser. Is that right?

Since you can get it to run longer through priming it, I would suspect a fuel delivery problem.
And since you cleaned the carb out (right?), I would look at fuel lines and the fuel pickup tube inside the tank. Make sure they're clear.
Confirm that the pump diaphragm inside the carb is looking good and doesn't have holes.
Make sure that the fuel filter inside the carb is clean.
Make sure that the needle isn't sticking inside the seat.

It sounds to me like a fuel problem.

Check the fuel and pulse lines.

Failing that, try gravity feeding the fuel for kicks and grins.

Oh wait, did you say that it'll die even with you keep priming it? Then electrical is my next guess. Try hooking up one of those devices that tells you when the spark fires and make sure the spark isn't stopping.
