I have the tray cut open and also the back, since Im shortening. After some research I decided best Foam is called "Beaded Polypropylene" (BPP) or "Expanded Polypropylene (EPP)"
I just dont know how much and I need and where to get it. Can it be bought locally?

Yeah I'll work just as well. Its not resistant to gasoline though so make sure the bulkhead is sealed up well.
