Super Jet Help with ebox

My ski has been running funny, lots of bogging and power comes on and off. I was told to check the ebox for water, so i take it apart and sure enough some browish water pours out. The gasket looks okay but what else should I do have a good water tight seal? Should I spray the inside with something as well?

I heard of people using grease or silicone on the seal. That solenoid should probably be replaced and clean up the grounds, everything else is pretty water resistant.
