Help!!! Sj mid range bog

hey guys I'm having a bit of a problem with my 96 701 superjet.

Stock motor 701
Dual 38s
Brand new factory b pipe
190 psi
Msd ingnition
Msd coils

Ok so basically it's not even that serious. Ski feels really good. BUT...... It's not running right at all. I followed all the factory b pipe settings when installing it. I put the right jets and tuned to the pipes specs and still nothing. It will bog really bad mid range and is running really lean. I turned the carbs screws all the way out and just got worse and worse. Anything will help

Started from all the way in. From a quarter turn out to three turns. My best was when it was at two turns low and a turn and a quarter up top. But that mid range was no where to be found

Take out your seats and replace the orings on them. you can buy an oring kit from harborfreight for 6$ Next check your pop off with an air gauge or something to make sure they are both the same and not sticking open.

Spray them with wd40 or some other lube when testing popoff. Otherwise you may not get a crisp pop even if your popoff is good

For all of you that were interested in the post or were trying to help me. First thank u guys for your input. Second, I fixed the problem the other day. For everyone including factory pipe themselves about the jetting specs, were all wrong. Thought to myself if it's bogging and asking for fuel cuz it was running so lean, why not give it more fuel. Drilled out the jets to a 140 main with a pilot of 100. Stayed with the 95 gram springs. 1 1/4 turn out on the low and 1 turn out on the high. Ski is running so beautiful. Just wanted to run this by you guys cuz maybe someone out there has had or will have the same problem as me.
